What I love about the holidays is gathering with friends and family. Last night was a great time with people who have supported me greatly in my real estate career. I am better for knowing each of these people (there were missed photo ops with some people, and I could not have grown without this Bentley’s team!).

Might I add, Bentley’s real estate knows how to throw a party: Live a cappella music, open bar, endless food and desserts. 😍 I must say, I do have a sweet tooth.
The venue for this holiday event was Mission Oak Grill in Newburyport, MA. The tall ceilings and large ballroom make this a great venue for a wedding reception. In a previous life, I was a wedding coordinator and I could definitely see this as being a nice spot for a wedding event.
And yes, I am a huge fan of dresses with pockets! I had my cell phone on me the whole time and nobody could tell. The dress pocket is also a photo slimming trick! It creates a natural place to place your hand, and creates space between the body and the arm. A waistline and toned arms in an instant.
For that reason, I need more dresses with pockets with my life. Or a drink in hand. That would also do the trick!
